Are you a Maman or soon to be mom that is trying to fit it all in but feel as though you are coming up short? Are you tired of trying to keep up with the latest health trends, fitness crazes? Are you trying to balance work, family, health and your social scene? Do you wish you could prepare healthy meals for your families and do it without breaking a sweat wondering if they will enjoy it, or let alone eat it? YOU are not alone. As mothers we take on all of these burdens and then wonder why we are so tired all the time?! I too couldn’t understand why I was so tired everyday so I decided to take action. I decided I needed to do something that was going to put me first. I had no idea the impact it would then have on my family and their health. I took the plunge and went back to school at the age of 37 to attain my diploma in holistic nutrition. I am on the other side of it now and have one mission - showing Maman’s the value of putting themselves first. I will be your cheerleader and biggest fan reminding you that you are worth it and that in order for you to show up for your family you have to take care of #1 - YOU.
The Nourished Maman’s goal is to build Maman up first so that she is able to take care of her family with energy and vitality.
My Approach is Simple
No diets, trends or fads. Real food is the key to a sustainable lifestyle change.
Real food can be found in the ground, picked from a tree or plant or from an animal. No more processed foods. You will receive simple recipes that aren’t complicated to make but delicious to consume.
Self-care. We will work together to find small ways to put self-care into your new daily routine.
Grocery lists, to-do lists and weekly meal prep list will be simplified so there is less stress and more fun!

There is time for celebrations and a bit of indulgence - don’t put so much pressure on yourself to be perfect all the time!
This is a journey - no timelines or pressure to fit into that dress. I will remind you regularly that we are in this for the long haul. I got you!!

Hi! I’m Natasha a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and creator of The Nourished Maman. I have two young children that take up a lot of my time and energy but I wouldn’t change it for a second! Ok, maybe one day, I mean as early as tomorrow, I would love to wake up in silence, make my own coffee with no one speaking to me or asking me the same question 50 times. Then I would head to the gym followed by a delicious healthy meal at a super hip restaurant. Once home I would have a nap....bahahahahahaha!! Life as a Maman just doesn’t happen that way!! Of course a girl can dream but let’s be honest, when was the last time you took the time to make your sanity, your health and fitness a priority?
My passions in life are cooking, crossfit and spending time with friends and family but accomplishing all of those things hasn’t always been my priority which left me tired, overweight, frustrated and short with my loved ones and generally unhappy with the woman I had become. The challenges I faced trying to meet the needs of my family and work while taking care of myself led me to open my own practice: The Nourished Maman. My goal and mission as a nutritionist, and Maman is to put the focus back on Mamans and remind them of the value of putting themselves first. The journey to living a nourished life may not always be easy or perfect but with my support and the support of other Mamans we can all achieve our goals. In order to take care of others, we must take care of ourselves. All that is needed is to take the first step. So have a look at my offerings and shoot me a message if you are in need of taking that first step. I will be there for you, every step of the way. I promise you won’t regret it!
