What you fuel your body with when you start your day can have a large impact on your mood, hunger, how you perform at work or training at the gym.
No matter what kind of day I have planned I ALWAYS start my day with protein. Chia seeds are an easy and delicious way to add protein to almost any meal.
Chia pudding is one of my go to breakfasts and snack.
Here is a recipe for one of my favourites but honestly it is so versatile you can add whatever flavours you like to create your own version!
3/4 cup Organic Coconut Milk (from the can or carton) 3/4 cup Water 1/4 cup Chia Seeds 1 tsp Vanilla Extract *Add your favourite nuts, seeds or fruit on top and you'll never be bored!
